Application：
The machine use frequency controlling technology which is programmable.It controls machine by computer,it can timing smoothly,braiding with high speed,and show all breakdown automatically.Meanwhile it has low noises,strong reliability and good wear ability.The spindle has automatically tension controlling mechanism ,automatic lubricative system and safe fire fighting cover.This kind of machine can braiding copper wires,and other metal wires ,such as Mg-Al ,alloy wires ,stainless stell wire ,etc.The spindle loading capacity is the biggest of all other braiders ,which can load max 5KG copper wire.When changing different wires ,this machine no need to change springs but just to slightly adjust spring tension.
